What do I do if I need to contact you?

We ship worldwide to locations in different time zones so to provide the best service an email is preferred but if you would like a call back please enter the most convenient times to call and we will try our best. Web store queries only, use: estore@parrots.org

Will all my order arrive at the same time?

To enable us to offer a greater range of products our suppliers are based in many locations and it is possible that you will receive several deliveries depending your order.

Why don’t you have any products with < insert parrot name > parrot on them?

We are continuing to expand our product range and the species those products feature, so please do keep coming back or drop us an email (use: estore@parrots.org) with your suggestion.

I cannot see my country listed in the shipping options. Why?

If you cannot see your location please get in touch (use: estore@parrots.org) and we can check if our couriers will deliver to your location.

What is print on demand?

Print on demand is where an item is printed when you place an order.

We use these suppliers so we can offer a wide and varied product range using exclusive designs for the World Parrot Trust. These will be sent direct from the producer and may come at different times. 

How do you check quality?

We do this in several ways.

  • By using established suppliers. 
  • Ordering a sample of each product and testing it.
  • Customer feedback and comments
